Commission for Regulations and Legal Matters

In accordance with our goals, activities, and initiatives, with the aim of realizing and protecting labor rights, the Commission for Regulations and Legal Matters at SSTU provides legal advice and assistance to its members.
Legal aid is one of the benefits that employees have based on their membership in SSKC. A large number of employees face illegal termination of employment, unpaid wages and contributions, illegal wage reduction, unjustified disciplinary proceedings, non-compliance with collective agreements, non-compliance with legal provisions related to annual leave and working hours, and other violations of labor rights.
The Commission for Regulations and Legal Issues can provide you with legal advice regarding the realization of labor rights and based on labor, as well as providing labor-legal protection before the courts in the Republic of Macedonia.
